Together, we cultivate safety and confidence, daring to dream, to share, and to heal in community. In this circle, we lift one another into leadership and beyond, weaving strength from our collective stories.
Here, we learn from one another, embracing with courage our identities as self-defined leaders, and rising in the spirit of UBUNTU—“I am because we are.”
Sisters Leading Sisters is a joyous call to unite our diverse and radiant community of Black and Indigenous sisters. Here, we thrive together—exchanging resources, nurturing skills, amplifying storytelling, and embodying empowerment—so that leadership is not only imagined, but lived, celebrated, and sustained
Commune & Build
We provide an environment for collective healing with women in the Black & Indigenous diaspora through workshops and shared lived experience to explore and reimagine wellness and resilience from a decolonized lens with US at the centre and uncensored while gathering at magical destinations for yearly retreats to support each other to live well from the inside out and build healthier community engagement.

At Sisters Leading Sisters, we commit to dismantling and unlearning harmful systems as we draw from our lived experience, to embrace cultural wisdom and ancestral knowledge.
- Empower – An invitation into sisterhood—where we gather, share, and celebrate the abundance of our resources, skills, ideas, and joy. Together, we build spaces that embody collective wisdom and care. Here, we REST as resistance, together reimagining a world where decolonized transformation begins with women rising—rooted in truths that embrace becoming, and embody liberation.
- Collaborate – We come together in sisterhood, weaving our gifts into shared visions. In this sacred act of collaboration, we DREAM boldly, creating initiatives that reflect the brilliance of our collective wisdom and the tenderness of our care.
- Elevate – A call to RISE—where Sisters Leading Sisters become a beacon of joy, ancestral wisdom, and the courageous truths carried by women of the diaspora. Here, elevation is not only upward—it is outward, expansive, and generational.
- Connect – Our commitment is to community: to deepen healing, to nurture growth, and to safeguard culture through the power of shared storytelling and collective safekeeping. In connection, we honor lineage, protect memory, and ensure that our voices echo into futures yet to come.
