We are multinational and multiethnic Black women with a vision of sisterhood that encompasses but is not limited to interdependence, spiritual healing, autonomy, mental wellness, egalitarianism, equity, leadership, joy, and spiritual growth.

Serial entrepreneur, actor, writer, traveling volunteer, longtime Blacktivist, and disruptor of harmful systems.  A Dreamweaver, a wanderer, a storyteller, a mentor, and a mentee with a passion for learning and community engagement that forges and informs my path and my goals and feeds my curious nature.  

I come to you from the plentiful land of the Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), Stó:lō and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) and xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam) Nations via the plentiful lands of the Kalinago people of  Trinidad & Tobago.

My extensive, multifaceted education; a result of globetrotting the 7 continents and living in several different countries over the past couple of decades, combined with a “formal” academic training, and several certificate programs in both career related and joy feeding fields are equal in the influencing of my personal, community and professional development.
